Cars that change modes at the touch of a button, speakers that never need to be charged: These are some of our favourite futuristic technology gadgets, as seen at the Consumer Electronics Show in 2022. We’ve compiled a list of the five most intriguing devices from the event.
List of top 5 futuristic technology gadgets In 2022,
. Foldable ASUS Zenbook 17
. 2+ Skydio
. The BMW iX Flow is a colour-changing vehicle
. Sengled Lights for Smart Health Monitoring
. Body scan by Withings
1) 1) Foldable
ASUS Zenbook 17
In the last
several years, folding technology has gone from concept to reality. The
foldable smartphone revolution has now spread to tablets and laptops, largely
thanks to Samsung and its line of foldable smartphones. The Zenbook 17 Fold
OLED was announced at CES 2022 by Asus.
While it
isn’t yet available for purchase (Asus says it will be in mid-2022), it appears
to be a decent attempt at a folding tablet. The 17-inch OLED display is larger
than most tablets, but if you want something smaller, you can fold it in half
to make a smaller tablet or bend it at a 90-degree angle to make it look like a
laptop. At CES 2022, Asus showed this gadget with a Bluetooth keyboard in front
of it, as well as in a clamshell configuration with the lower half of the
screen serving as a keyboard. As smart as it appears, we’ll have to wait until
mid-2022 to see if the screen can withstand all of the folding its customers
will subject it to without breaking down.
2) 2) 2+
Skydio
Consumer
drones are everywhere these days, and while DJI has a monopoly on the industry,
many other firms are finding innovative methods to separate apart. One of these
brands, Skydio, is creating headlines with its innovative features. At CES 2022
it showed the latest edition of its Skydio 2 – the Plus model.
Given how
enthusiastic people were with the original Skydio 2, it’s unexpected that
they’d create an upgrade that makes such significant modifications. Skydio also
included their keyframe technology on top of a 20% increase in battery life and
control range. Keyframe is a drone flight planning programme that allows the
user to construct a pre-set flight plan. After that, it will employ an
autonomous AI to fly and film for you. That’s a fantastic addition for
individuals who want to record while also being in the middle of the action.
You select keyframes and places, and the AI will follow that path on its own.
It also permits you to repeat the same path if you don’t like the photo you got
the first time.
3) 3) The
BMW iX Flow is a colour-changing vehicle.
The BMW iX
Flow was one of the most talked-about topics at this year’s CES, and for good
reason! The iX Flow has a unique trick under its sleeve, despite the fact that
it is only a concept automobile. Yes, it appears to be a very ordinary and
somewhat uninteresting car, but it can change colour at the push of a button.
BMW has used
colour-swapping e-ink ‘paint,’ which allows it to switch from black to white
with ease. The term “paint” doesn’t do justice to the technologies involved.
Instead, BMW has wrapped the automobile in a body wrap that incorporates
electrophoretic technology.
What exactly
does that imply? Millions of microcapsules had encrusted the
automobile. Negatively charged white colours and positively charged black
pigments are used in these. Change the setting onan the electrical field, and the
pigments of your choice rise to the surface, changing the colour of the car.
It's just a car with a gigantic E-reader display extended across it. Unless
you're the new Bond escaping from the latest batch of nameless goons sent after
you, this isn't the most helpful feature for a car, but it's an eye-catching
'show' nonetheless.

4) 4) Sengled
Lights for Smart Health Monitoring
Sengled
Lights for Smart Health Monitoring Sure, your lamp can illuminate your space,
but can it also keep track of your breathing, sleep, heart rate, and movement?
No? No matter how scary it sounds, that's exactly what this new light bulb
introduced at CES 2022 can accomplish. The Sengled Smart Health Monitoring Light
(catchy name, right?) is more than just a light bulb that can link to a smart
assistant; it's also a human vitals detection device.
In essence, you can track all of your health
data from the comfort of your own home without the need for a health-tracking
device. You may even programme the light to respond to your actions. If you've
had a horrible night's sleep, you might prefer a strong white light to wake you
up, or something a little dimmer if it detects you've laid down. The creepiest
lighting is the mood lighting.
5) 5) Body
scan by Withings
Body scan by
WithingsSure, every scale can tell you how much you weigh, and some can even
add a number of extra measurements on the more advanced end, but Withing's new
Body Scan scale, which was unveiled at CES 2022, appears to do it all. You can
scan your chest, arms, and legs using the scale's attached handle to get a more
precise image of your body composition and general fitness. That means you'll be
able to view your torso fat mass, as well as the muscle mass in your left arm
and other areas.
The Body
Scan may measure your vascular age and assess your nerve activity through the
handle attachment, which is currently highly specific. How does Withings know
all of this? To see how the magic works, we'll have to wait till it's
released. While it's currently a prototype and not for sale, it appears to be
one of the most comprehensive health evaluation tools we've seen. Especially
with a companion app that collects all of your health data in one location.
